The long-handled spade is designed for cutting tap roots and where a long-handle would be advantageous. All tubular steel long-handle with straight cutting edge. Zinc plated, smooth rust resistant finish. No rivets or sharp edges. Improved, permanent blade with heavier gauge steel for added strength. Welded construction. 7-3/4" W at top, tapers to 6-1/2". 50" handle. Footpad sold separately. Available in 13" or 15" L blades.
